Jordan était formidable!!! On a road trip from NS and a leaking tire…Since their schedule was full he first tried 3 other connections to see if someone could assess the tire. Everyone was full so he reworked the schedule to get in our van ASAP. He also graciously told us to bring our 4 kids into the lounge area for hot chocolate while we figured out the tire. Merci bien!!! Superbe costumer service!!! Promote Jordan or give the man a raise!
