Was there yesterday to see a couple used outlanders they had. Dealt with André. Very good to work with, but we ended up going with a different car through no fault of his. Would highly recommend seeing him for anyone thinking of a Mitsubishi.
We were in Quebec 9 hours from home (Ontario) at the end of our vacation and blew a tire, damaged a second one while on the highway! The dealership and service team were quick to take us in, super helpful, and were able to locate new tires and get us back on the road in no time! Excellent customer service! I have been here a few times now for regular maintenance on my Lancer. The personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what has been done in details and what should be done going forward to take good care of your car. Service was fast and on point. Definitely recommend.
Our check engine light came on on our way to quebec city, so we stopped in here about 30 minutes before they opened. The service advisor was very accomodating and took our eclipse rite in. Ended up needing parts replaced under warranty which they had on hand. Had us back on the road in about an hour. Was appreciative with there willingness to try to communicate with me in english as well, as my wife was the only one that spoke french. Its hard to find good shops lately so i was very happy we ended up here and they were able to help is out.
